It can be productive to view Badminton in a Martial way.
A pathway of discipline and self-control.
For anything that concern two or more parties competing against each other,
we define the event as a "Match" or "fight."
In a match, Your mind should be crystal-clear. As Bruce Lee said:
( The character " I " never exist, and there is no opponent. - BruceLee )
What taking place in the court is competition/a fight, a common and familiar event we all know.
The better play wins, We play in accord to the Game it-self. not with the restrictions
of our own emotions or form. Victory and Defeat is only part and parcel of it.
In Badminton trainings, Discipline and determination are the key aspect to determine your progress. There are times that progress seems to go nowhere and enthusiasm may die off. However, Being able to keep one-self motivated is a skills each individual possesed as your imagination inspires you. As mentioned,
The path of "Trainings" is a journey. The only result that we are interested is what lies ahead at the end of the journey!
Do not relinquish your ability along the journey.
I have adequately attained a high-level of comprehension in movements/body-coordinations for exerting of strenght and the techniques of executing strokes.Please Have faith in my teachings and train hard.

Badminton Trainings
Badminton coaching for 1 to 1 sessions is rated at $30 per hour.(Inclusive of courts bookings) Shuttles provided! Groups training for not more then 4 learners is also accepted at $30(charges divided among number of learners) per hour. Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents' half of the court. A rally ends once the shuttlecock has struck the ground, and each side may only strike the shuttlecock once before it passes over the net.
Since 1992, badminton has been an Olympic sport with five events: men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and mixed doubles, in which each pair is a man and a woman. At high levels of play, the sport demands excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed and precision. It is also a technical sport, requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.

Boxing Training ( CardioBox or Contact-Boxing )
Cardio Box:
A non-contact and intensive workout that combines boxing movements and hitting of paddings.
Combinations of movements and skills provide a diverse workout while:
- Tone body
- improves cardiovascular fitnes
- burn calories
- improve hand-eye coordination
- gain agility
Contact Boxing:
Boxing training programmes that includes learning and practising, sparrings.
In contact-boxing, strenght is an important element. Thus, training may includes
weights training(depending on the trainee.) to meet the competitive level.
Fees are charged at $15 per session of per 1.5 hours. 90 mins.

hand to hand combat, self-defense system, and combat sport. Not seen as a style itself, but is rather considered as just one of the two components.
Competitive martial-artists provide effective guidance and trainings for learners.
Training with learners includes Stamina trainings/cardiovascular trainings, techniques, San Shou theory, rule and regulations. Weights trainings and progressive Sparring.
